We spent the afternoon at the Fall Festival in Carmel Valley. It was enjoyable...and the kids both had a great time. There was a corn maze, pumpkin stacking contest, hay ride, and more. Plus, it was mostly free! The pumpkins were like $3.00 for both, and the hay ride was $2.00 per person. We had Starbucks this morning (my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the fall season!) We also went to a Mexican bakery near our neighborhood this morning and got some yummy pastries. After the festival, we went to our favorite market/deli in downtown Carmel and got sandwiches, which we ate at a park.
We had a great fall Saturday! :)

Oh, man. I wanted to go today but we had a melt down of the embarrassing screaming sort and had to stay in for a while. Glad your family was able to enjoy the festivities. Now I am yearning for a holiday latte. xoxo Felicia
